Eoin Warner visits Co Kerry's Maharees Islands, where Arctic terns return every summer to raise their chicks, before witnessing the many grey seals on the beach of Great Blasket Island. He heads to Skellig Michael, where the monastery is home to a secretive bird that comes every year from Antarctic waters to raise its chicks in the monks' ancient cells
