Derek Brockway goes rambling at opposite ends of the country. He sets off in Llanberis, in the footsteps of quarry workers along paths and tracks through an ancient oak woodland, eventually reaching the Dinorwig quarry with its impressive views of Snowdonia. He then heads for Llanelli for an 11-mile walk alongside the Loughor estuary that's an ideal training route for wheelchair athlete Richie Powell
