The three remaining chefs from Scotland compete over mains and desserts, celebrating great Britons of the past. The dishes are judged by Aktar Islam and include a complex dish celebrating the Cairngorms and Nan Shepherd with Scottish venison and venison parfait. One chef serves a pudding made from apple bavarois, Drambuie sorbet and aerated white chocolate, toasting Flora Macdonald
