Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in Surrey, where space is a key requirement for their house-hunting families. Elise and Elliot have already seen the house they love but it's way over budget, leaving Kirstie the tricky task of finding something cheaper that matches their dream home. Phil Spencer is with Kim and Ralph, who, along with their two children under five, are bursting out of Kim's two-bedroom starter flat. They desperately want a taste of the space they grew up with in Zimbabwe - but close to their extended family in Horley
