Killing in the Close - Part One
Season 2 Episode 4 of 6
After receiving a 999 call, police and medics rush to a house in a quiet Worcester close and find Wendy Francis and her daughter Stacey Hill have both been stabbed. Stacey's partner Damian Homer is also at the scene and claims that he acted in self-defence. Stacey is taken to hospital and Wendy is given emergency treatment at the scene, but can't be saved, prompting detectives to launch a murder investigation.
