Lisa and Bart head to the seaside in the hope of finding treasure that has washed ashore during a storm. Instead, they encounter a beached whale, which Lisa immediately becomes emotionally attached to. Meanwhile, Homer receives a huge electricity bill and takes drastic action to prevent it from happening again
