The owner of a tanning salon regrets letting an employee move into a house he owns when he is faced with complaints from the neighbours about wild parties and £3,000 in unpaid rent. A couple managing a property for their daughter arrange to sell it, only to find the tenant refuses to leave, while a housing enforcement officer goes in search of a landlord who has left a tenant without light, heat or running water
