Gordon visits the Trolley Stop Café, a classic Cajun-inspired restaurant in the heart of New Orleans, where things have gone badly off the rails. Gordon and his team have just 24 hours to clean and remodel the interior with streetcar-inspired decor and revamp the menu, working around the clock with the café's staff, who must learn how to prepare the new dishes and work together as a team. The customers are invited to return the next day to judge the changes
