On night two in Sheffield, law lecturer Sally serves up an authentic old school Shanghai menu. The group all dress to impress but Ambrose is worried that Sally might be his biggest competition and has got a sweat on. He tries to contain his glee when he finds a bit of twine in his starter but is otherwise impressed by her presentation and flavours. Everyone sees a new side to Sally when she reveals an enormous tattoo that runs down her leg and her talents seem to have no end as she showcases her piano skills on the spinet
