Unfortunately for them, a dessert proves almost inedible. Day two sees champagne lovers Paul and Justin hosting an international menu inspired by their extensive travels. Finally it's cockney couple Richard and Julie's chance to impress with a technical dessert and flavours designed to appeal to a mature palette
