Award-winning hotelier Alex Polizzi provides expert advice at the Walpole Bay in Margate, Kent. The Edwardian hotel and museum was on the brink of closure until the Bishop family decided to rescue it, but with no previous experience of the hospitality industry, the task proves difficult. Alex informs Jane Bishop that she must give more responsibility to her son and daughter, as well as reduce the exhibits on display, if she is to restore the establishment's prospects
