The next phase of training begins as the recruits are woken by explosions in the dorm and the trainers shouting at them to get out. They must dress quickly, before facing an emergency water drill on a sinking boat. Later, the celebs fight each other in hand-to-hand combat. Can they look beyond the bonds they've built and back themselves with pure violence?
