Nigella Lawson begins with her take on a classic yoghurt pot cake, which was inspired by a scribbled note she found in an old Italian kitchen. The food writer's niece and nephew are recruited to make - and enjoy - a sausage meatball supper, while a girls' night in sees her rustling up squid and prawns with marjoram and chilli. The show ends with Nigella's 'tiramisini' - a lighter, quicker version of a traditional tiramisu
