Handmade: Britain's Best Woodworker
Season 1 Episode 2 of 6
Talented craftspeople compete to be crowned Britain's best woodworker, competing against each other in a workshop nestled in Wales' Glanusk Estate. In this episode, the eight remaining enthusiasts face a very small and intricate big build challenge as they wrestle with woodworking on a miniature and precise scale to make dolls' houses. However, these dolls' houses are not child's play, as the woodworkers must design and build houses that could become collectors' pieces - the devil's in the detail. With just two days to build what would normally take weeks, the pressure is on. Presented by Mel Giedroyc
Handmade: Britain's Best Woodworker airs on Channel 4 HD at 2:55 AM, Tuesday 16 December. (Subtitles, repeat, sign language, audio description.)
