She heads to London's Soho to meet her mentors Kurt and Jordan, the owner and executive chef at top restaurant Chotto Matte. Rani's hard work all leads up to her final challenge - competing in a cooking test against three professional sushi chefs in front of a panel of experts who will be judging her
