A catch-up with two couples who were having trouble choosing between character and property size. Back in 2016 Kirstie Allsopp was with Jay and Charlene, parents to one-year-old Kai, who had bought and refurbished their two-bedroom home in Romford, Essex but now wanted to upsize to Chelmsford. Phil had a wide brief in 2021 with Miriam and David, who had spent eight months searching Glasgow for their new home. He soon had success - the only problem was, they have had fallen for a different house. Phil now returns to see how both couples are getting on
