The fourth host in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, tech entrepreneur Shane, is hoping to wow his guests with a menu that draws on his Jamaican heritage and also his love of high-end restaurants. The night starts with strong gin martinis and a starter of scallops in a rich sauce, which blows his guests away with clean plates all round. Michaela surprises everyone with her love of golf, and Shane's main course of Jamaican style short rib is another triumph. But there's trouble in the air when Dave's portrait of Martina is not well received and their simmering tension threatens to boil over
