Kathy and Justin kick off the competition with an Italian-inspired menu, which is overshadowed by Paul's poor table manners and tactless banter. Mark and Maria are the next to host and serve their leftovers-inspired starter, chicken lettuce boats. Finally, it's time for Kathy to wreak revenge during Paul and Sarah's evening. Chaos in the kitchen ensues, culminating in a showdown at the table
