In Durham, the fourth host is recruitment consultant and ex-trampolining pro Matthew, who hopes to impress his guests with an Ibiza-themed party, where Spanish food and full-on clubbing are on the menu. It remains to be seen whether Matthew - or Matty to his friends - finds his food fiesta and spot of impromptu flips and stretches successfully put his guests 'in the mood'
