In Birmingham, paramedics treat a 28-year-old man with a crippling cluster headache. The pain is so severe he can hardly walk. In Kidderminster, a woman is suffering withdrawal symptoms from the effects of alcohol. She rang 999 from her bedroom without telling her family. It's a surprise for everyone when an emergency ambulance crew knocks on the door. Paramedics also attend a 10-year-old girl who is complaining of chest pains who's also taking medication for psychosis
