James crosses over the Irish Sea to Northern Ireland, where he is joined by famous local chef Paul Rankin. Their first port of call is the Giant's Causeway, where James cooks a fish stew for the crowds, followed by a visit to a family farm in Limavady, where Paul learns how their award-winning rapeseed oil is produced. Things get competitive as the chefs compete in a hovercraft race, and finally James takes to the seas to fish for mackerel
