The latest competition kicks off in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, where management team Chris 'Clarkey' Clarke and Katie Light help run the 64-bedroom White Hart Hotel. When their guests arrive, Raouf and Chrissie from the New Promenade Hotel find out that they're staying in an outbuilding, while Robin and Liza Watson from Tall John's House love the modern gadgets in their room. In the afternoon, the guests meet some llamas and participate in a parade competition. Vicky from The Terrace makes an instant animal connection, which leaves quite an impression on her rivals
