Sara Pascoe presents as a dozen new sewers show off their talents, first of all proving their ability to create shape in a pattern challenge to make a tie-front blouse. The made-to-measure round tests their skills with pleats as they design a perfectly shaped dress, and in the transformation challenge, judges Esme Young and Patrick Grant ask them to reimagine a circle skirt as a new garment
