Northern Ireland - Starter and Fish

Chefs from Northern Ireland serve up their canapes, starters and fish dishes on an animation and illustration theme. Their vegan starters include a celebration of mushrooms inspired by the Northern Ireland animated film Wolfwalkers and an artichoke tart playing tribute to the Gruffalo trail in Belfast. Among the fish dishes are two based on Puffin Rock - one with pan-fried cod, the other an elevated version of fish, chips and curry sauce - as well as a sea trout with buttermilk sauce celebrating the illustrations in The Fog Catcher's Daughter
