As disco's influence spread across Europe, it spawned the electronic stylings of Giorgio Moroder, as well as the disco pop of Abba and Marc Cerrone, while the Bee Gees became the acceptable face of disco with their multimillion-selling soundtrack album for Saturday Night Fever
