In Derbyshire, the team deals with two separate cases involving fatalities, with a 47-year-old man killed by an unhitched 20-ton trailer that toppled onto his vehicle while he was giving his daughter a driving lesson. the other case involves a woman who was hit head-on by an out-of-control driver travelling on the wrong side of country road
