Paramedics are called out to a woman who's doubled over in agony with chest pains. Over the last few weeks, she's been to hospital several times, but the pain has never been this bad. Paramedics also treat a man with multiple sclerosis who has low blood pressure and is struggling to breathe, and a baby with an extensive medical history who's projectile vomiting and needs to go to hospital
