Young-at-heart pensioners John and Peggy were relocating from Derby to fulfil their dream of living by the sea - and with £450,000 to spend, they had an exacting list of criteria that had to be met. Meanwhile, Yvonne and Lisa from Leeds had reached the end of their tether after spending more than a year searching for a home in a rural district. A year on, how are both pairs getting on?
