Phil Spencer meets expectant parents Steve and Sally, who are relocating to the countryside around Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire. They want to find their dream family home before the baby arrives, but with nearby rural walks, office space and a good village pub on the wish list, Phil has to act fast. Kirstie Allsopp is in Northamptonshire helping Rinku and Sunder. They have been living in a family owned property for the past three years, enabling them to save to buy a place together. However, there are new plans for the land and the bulldozers are inbound, so it's Kirstie's challenge to get the couple into their own home quickly
