In Jonathan and Drew's opinion, homeowners in the US and Canada live among housing horrors, dreadful designs and poky places. So, they use their expertise to unlock the doors to rejuvenating renovations and heavenly homes. Halley and Justin urgently need a more child-friendly home. But they need a major overhaul before they can even think of listing their property. Things don't get much better when Jonathan starts renovations though - but what will cause the couple to squeal the most: a rat's nest or the growing price tag?
