An evening of programmes celebrating the 25th anniversary of the property show begins with a fresh run, which sees Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer searching 200 miles apart across two nations. Kirstie is with sisters Amoke and Ines, whose £375,000 budget should get them a two-bedroom flat in the trendy parts of north London. But their search to date has not exactly gone well and it seems their bad luck is set to continue. Phil is in north Wales with Rachel and Leo, who have £400,000 to find a four-bedroom detached house for them and their two young children
