Sophie Willan presents the semi-final in which the sewers celebrate 'wardrobe heroes' - garments that can always be relied upon to look good. They begin with a pattern challenge to make a plant-based leather jacket, in a classic biker style, then transform men's shirts into wedding outfits for women. Finally they are asked to come up with a made-to-measure little black dress - but to win a place in the final, their fit must be flawless
