Back in 2016, childhood sweethearts Richard and Bethan were searching Hertfordshire for their first marital home together, and wanted Phil's help to finally seal a deal. In 2023, Kirstie Allsopp helped Nicole and Adam, who wanted a home in south London, but struggled to find something in their price range
