Part two of two. By the late 1960s, Elvis Presley is fading, creatively stifled and trapped in bad movies. His manager, Colonel Tom Parker, plans a comeback in Las Vegas. In 1969, Elvis triumphs at the new International Hotel, but Parker's secret gambling debts and Mob connections tie him and Elvis to the city. Elvis becomes Vegas royalty but behind the scenes, he spirals into addiction, paranoia and decline
