As Jodie steals Lisa’s police badge, fan theory predicts cunning plan to split Carla and Lisa up

In tonight’s episode of Coronation Street (Wednesday, April 8), Jodie Ramsey stole DS Lisa Swain’s police badge and pocketed it in her jacket.
She’d been wanting to get revenge on Lisa after she ordered her to make a coffee while babysitting Connie.
But, a new fan theory has predicted that Jodie won’t just stop at swiping the police ID.
Jodie got revenge on Lisa in Coronation Street
Looking after baby Connie, Jodie envied Carla for being her own boss. She was given food for thought when Carla suggested that one day she might have her own business too.
A tired Lisa then came in from the night shift and was quite blunt with Jodie, asking her to make her a coffee.
Carla then handed her wife-to-be a letter that had come in the post – Lisa’s decree absolute. She was finally officially divorced from Becky Swain.
Heading out for a big breakfast to celebrate, the couple left Jodie in the house. This gave Jodie the opportunity to get her revenge on Lisa for how she’d spoken to her.
Swiping her police ID, Jodie popped it into her jacket pocket. When Lisa returned and apologised for how she’d behaved that morning, Jodie briefly considered putting the badge back but decided to go through with her plan to steal it instead.

After watching Jodie take her revenge on Lisa, one fan theory suggests that she won’t just stop there. Knowing how Jodie sometimes acts with her victims (cough, cough Shona), she might develop a habit of trying to split couples up by flirting with one of them.
In this case, Jodie could try to flirt with Carla in a bid to break her up with Lisa.
Taking to X, one fan theorised: “Okay, hear me out, what if Jodie tries it on with Carla or makes it look like her and Carla are in a romantic situation? I mean she’s trying to worm her way into replacing Shona maybe she will try and replace Lisa!”
