Despite Nicola insisting she was fine and just needed to rest, that’s not all it is. And tomorrow night the worst happens when she has to give birth prematurely. Nicola threatened to out Penny (Credit: BBC) EastEnders tonight – DNA test fight Having worked out Harry could be the dad of Penny’s baby, Nicola is putting the pressure on for a DNA test. Penny has fought back, but Nicola told her either she does it or she will tell Vinny everything. Torn between standing up to Nicola but also losing Vinny and their future, Penny didn’t know what to do. Lauren advised her to get the DNA test, but Penny was worried it would prove the baby was Harry’s and then where would she be. Eventually she stood up to Nicola and refused. She said if Nicola told Harry it would destroy things between him and Gina and it would therefore pull apart his fragile happiness. But having already gone once this week, Nicola didn’t want to make a fuss and insisted she would just go home for a bath and a rest. But once there, she was struck by even more intense pain.
