After the disappointing reason given, we’ve been waiting (and waiting) to find out more. And now fans are convinced they have worked out what the connection really is. During the crash, his van got caught up in the aftermath. After witnessing Joe Tate get hurt in the crash, Graham was distracted and the woman he had tied up escaped. He was next seen at the hospital making a phone call, explaining to someone that the woman got away. But we have absolutely no idea how she and Graham are connected. We again got a glimpse of Jodie when Graham came back to help Rhona. After he had beaten up Ray, Rhona called Graham off so we saw him get back in his van and tell Jodie they were getting on their way. That led us to the Corriedale crash. Then, earlier this month, Rhona found Graham bloodied and bruised at the stables at Home Farm. He had been stabbed and insisted he would stitch himself up. He explained that when he came back to Emmerdale he was working for a gang to get rid of “a problem” for them.Don't miss a single story! But that story isn’t enough for most viewers, who are certain there is much more to this. Fans have long been speculating what they think has really gone on. And, in lieu of a proper explanation, have come up with some theories of their own. The latest of these involves rumoured returnee Sadie King. It was reported last week that Patsy Kensit is reprising her role as villainious Sadie after 20 years. But is she the connection that brings Jodie and Graham together? “Come on Graham you cannot stop there, tell us the Jodie story, could it be related to Sadie’s return,” mused one fan on social media. A second agreed: “Wonder if Jodie is connected to Sadie King somehow! Crossed her in a past life?
