Cain fakes it After his operation went well the reality of living with a catheter and potential permanent incontinence hits Cain hard. Although he has no idea what it is, Charity knows full well it’s about the baby’s real parents. She advises Jacob to give Dr Todd a wide berth from now on. Meanwhile, Todd and Vanessa are on their date. But when Todd reveals she’s received a letter revealing she has inherited her dad’s house in Matlock, V worries the distance means any relationship is a non-starter.
