2 Emmerdale spoilers for Friday: Victoria meddles in John’s life and Caleb takes action

In Emmerdale spoilers for Friday, April 18, Victoria tries to do something nice for John. Will it all blow up in her face?

1. Victoria makes plans in Emmerdale spoilers

Feeling sympathy towards John for having no friends for his stag do, Victoria decides she wants to try and reach out to some of his old army buddies.

With John and Aaron planning their wedding, she knows his side of the guest list will be small. In the time he’s been in the village, he hasn’t made many friends, after all. But is she opening a whole can of worms?

Knowing that he doesn’t really have anyone else, her plan is to do something nice for him.

All Victoria wants to do is invite some of his old friends along to the stag do. With John still hiding so many secrets, will her plan backfire? There’s still the mystery of Aidan Moore – is Victoria about to accidentally unearth it all?

2. Caleb presses Cain as he vows to deal with Joe

On Thursday (April 17) Caleb discovered exactly what Joe had done to him. He knew Joe organised to have him stabbed and then stolen his kidney.

Things came to a head when Caleb challenged his nephew, punching him where his stitches were. Joe was forced to confess everything to Caleb – and then to Kim. But Joe also revealed he has worked out Anthony is dead and Caleb is responsible, so they each have a secret to keep.

Caleb left it, then called Cain over, filled him in on what happened and asked Cain to kill Joe for him.

The fallout continues as Caleb insists he wants Joe dead. But will Cain agree to it? Or can he make his brother see sense?

And will Kim stand by Joe? Or has he burned his last bridge?
