Emmerdale spoilers for Wednesday, April 30 reveal Sarah is pushing ahead with her idea to have a baby, despite multiple warnings. But how will Charity react to the news?

Elsewhere, Steph’s lies are busted as Caleb and Ruby find out where she really is – and race to the clinic to stop her. Will she go through with it?

1. Sarah continues her IVF battle in Emmerdale spoilers

Determined to go ahead with her baby plans, Sarah ignores Manpreet’s warnings and gets in touch with IVF clinics. The reality of her life-limiting condition not phasing her at all, Sarah updates Vanessa on her progress.

She has contacted the clinics and is now waiting to see if she is eligible. Vanessa is still nervous and when Charity approaches the pair become flustered.

Encouraging Sarah to come clean to her gran about what she is planning, Vanessa thinks it’s the only way forward. But will Sarah confess all? And how will Charity react if she does?

2. Caleb realises Steph lied

Caleb and Ruby were thrown by Steph’s last minute holiday announcement on Tuesday April 29. So much so that suspicious Caleb tries to trace the flight number. He is worried when he finds out it doesn’t exist.

So far they are clueless as to just how much Steph is struggling. They believe they have helped her accept her true parentage and she is dealing with it. But viewers know she really is not. And now Caleb and Ruby are finally starting to smell something is up.

They decide to go through Steph’s computer and are horrified to find the emails from the plastic surgery clinic. Desperate to help their daughter, they face a race against time to get to her.

3. Will Steph have surgery in Emmerdale spoilers?

At the clinic, the surgeon is making the final preparations for Steph’s surgery. Suddenly Caleb and Ruby burst in and interrupt.

Steph is fuming with her parents, but insists they cannot talk her out of going ahead with the planned procedure. Caleb and Ruby are both desperate to make her see this isn’t the answer.

However with Anthony always at the forefront of her mind, can Steph be talked out of this? What lengths with Caleb go to to keep his daughter from making this big mistake? And can anyone help Steph get through this?
