This comes after weeks of heat on her from DS Walsh, who appears to have decided she was guilty of something heinous without any actual evidence. But the situation has worsened, with two bodies found on Moira’s property, and apparently damning evidence she was involved. They can now pin two murders – Anya and Celia – on her. (All this despite Bear being back in the village – and knowing full well what happened to one of the victims. But that’s another story...) article continues below Read all the latest spoilers The Yorkshire police come mob-handed to arrest Moira and Cain (Credit: ITV) Moira and Cain arrested in Emmerdale spoilers for next week Moira and Cain are both shocked when police turn up at the farm and arrest them for murder in front of their children. At the police station, Cain remains tight-lipped throughout his interview. During her interview, Moira maintains she was set up by Celia. She is utterly stunned when DS Walsh declares that one of the bodies was Celia. When she realises the sheer amount of seeming evidence stacked against her, Moira really starts to sweat it. Moira is charged Meanwhile, Cain is released without charge. But he flies into a rage and refuses to go home without his wife when Caleb relays the devastating information that one of the bodies was shrouded in Moira’s blanket. Filling in the blanks, DS Walsh reveals Moira’s DNA was found on the blanket Anya was buried in. Moira is gobsmacked to be charged with both Celia and Anya’s murders. Moira’s banged up Chas, Cain, and Caleb are devastated to see Moira being carted off to a police car as she tells Cain she’s been charged with double murder. Cain visits Moira in prison and, when, she enters sporting a black eye he is visibly thrown and anxious. It’s too much for Cain to take in, in a week that also sees him receive the full diagnosis for his cancer – and it’s devastating for him.
