Cain’s cancer is confirmed in Emmerdale spoilers As Cain awaits his appointment, he chats with a prostate cancer patient. During his consultation, it is confirmed that Cain does have aggressive, but localised, prostate cancer. Immediately overwhelmed with everything, including the recommended radical prostatectomy, Cain walks out of the appointment. He begins to clash with those close to him But just wanting to be left alone, Cain clashes with everyone who comes across him. But it hits breaking point when he yells at both Sarah and Liam. He angrily tells them about his burdens, leaving in a state of complete fear and anger, unable to hold his emotions in anymore. He gets emotional at his dad’s graveside (Credit: ITV) 3.
