Paddy, Bear and Dylan go on trial in Emmerdale spoilers
1. Paddy, Bear and Dylan head to court
Day one of the trial is here and Paddy and Dylan share an emotional moment before heading out to face the day in court.
As things kick off the prosecution and defence barristers argue their cases in front of the judge, jury and spectators. Bear is overwhelmed as he is forced to listen to everything he went through at the hands of Ray being brought back up.
2. April struggles
April is full of nerves as she prepares to give her testimony. She knows she could say the wrong thing and make things worse for her boyfriend. Marlon encourages her to be honest and brave and reveal the truth about Ray’s abuse.
She struggles under cross-examination and is devastated to think she could have messed everything up.
Dylan is next to take the the stand, but how will he cope?
3. Bear starts to spiral in Emmerdale spoilers
Simo gives evidence, but hearing his words in the court room sends Bear into a spin.
Zara then reveals Bear has to give evidence himself the next day. Paddy is reluctant, but agrees. Is Bear up to it though?
4. Bear takes to the stand
Things go a little better when Bear’s counsellor gives a powerful testimony about how Bear was groomed by Ray and lived in fear for his life.
Bear then takes to the stand himself. His family all encourage him, but it’s clear he is nervous. Will Bear make or break the case?

5. Todd stirs trouble for Jacob and Sarah
With Todd’s presence in the village becoming overbearing, Jacob is uncomfortable when she mocks him. She then suggests to Sarah that Jacob is desperate to return to work and not spend time with her and the baby.
Sarah is upset and immediately confronts her husband.
6. Jacob walks into Todd’s trap
Furious Jacob finds Todd in the Woolpack and warns her against lying to his wife. But he then follows her to the ladies’ loo, playing right into her hands when Vanessa walks in and finds him there. She is alarmed and Jacob struggles to explain himself.
7. Jacob comes clean in Emmerdale spoilers
Vanessa later confronts Jacob about the incident in front of Sarah. She demands to know what is going on.
Jacob crumbles and tells his wife everything. He tearfully reveals Todd’s bullying and harrassment. Sarah promises she is there for him and they will face this together. Sarah later confronts Vanessa over believing Todd over Jacob.
8. Todd turns the tables
Jacob makes a decision to go ahead with his complaint against Todd. But when he speaks to Carol in HR he’s left blindsided when she reveals Todd has now made a complaint against him. She has also provided a file of evidence including voice recordings.
Jacob feels like it is hopeless and he has no chance against her. Sarah encourages him not to give up for Leyla’s sake. So he heads over to Tug Ghyll to speak to Dr Todd. But will he make things worse?
Dawn and Moira plot against Joe in Emmerdale spoilers
9. Dawn struggles with Joe’s affection
The scales have fallen from Dawn’s eyes and she is finding it hard to have the energy to deal with Joe’s excitement over their baby. She goes to find Moira and tells her she is struggling to stay with Joe and hide the fact she hates him.
10. Moira and Dawn’s plan revealed
Moira encourages Dawn to stick it out. She tells her to think of the money, warning she will need it to fight Joe in court. Dawn is stuck, but their plan soon begins.

11. Moira supports Cain, but is hiding a secret
Still keeping Robert’s betrayal from Cain ahead of the operation, Moira is finding it hard to lie to her husband. He is still worried about the affects the surgery will have, but Moira assures him they will face it together, no matter what. It’s clear she is struggling though.

The ladies darts craze in the pub continues. Can they form a winning team?
13. Heartbreak for Mandy in Emmerdale spoilers
Paddy is worried about the future of his job, knowing it depends on the outcome of his trial. He’s later shocked to hear the salon is not doing well either.
Mandy admits the business is suffering and she doesn’t think it can survive much longer. She’s the devastated when she’s forced to close it down.
