Ella spies on Liam and Chas and Marlon has a decision to make

In Emmerdale spoilers for Wednesday, April 2, Liam calls the police on Ella Forster unaware that she is secretly watching him and Chas.

Elsewhere, Rhona encourages Marlon to give April more freedom, but will he listen to her pleas?

Here’s all that happens in Emmerdale spoilers for Wednesday, April 2.

1. Ella spies on Liam and Chas in Emmerdale spoilers

Following her continuous text messages, Ella escalates her harassment by seemingly sending an email to cancel Liam and Chas’s upcoming wedding.

Liam Cavanagh has had enough and calls the police. However, PC Stirling says the police can’t act until Ella is found.

The situation worsens when a pub window is smashed. As Liam and Chas board it up, they are unaware that Ella is watching them.

2. Brenda has bad news for Nicola

After being told by Nicola that she’ll be going on the cruise with Brenda while he has to stay at home, Jimmy is a bit put out.

However, it seems Brenda has other plans anyway and she informs Nicola that she has decided to take Cathy with her on the cruise.

Later, Jimmy tells Pollard there might still be a chance for him and Brenda.

3. Rhona finds out what Marlon has done in Emmerdale spoilers

On Tuesday night (April 1) April played a nasty trick on Marlon. After stealing a vial of ketamine from the vets, she then pretended she had overdosed and collapsed. Marlon found his daughter’s lifeless body and screamed for help before April sat up and told him it was karma for framing Dylan. Ouch.

Marlon’s reaction was to plant a tracking device in April’s coat so he could always find her if she ran away again.

April is not the one who discovers it, but Rhona and Mary. Totally fed-up that Marlon has not taken anything she said on board, Rhona tells Marlon he has to remove the device and give April her freedom.

Faced with a decision, will Marlon be able to let his daughter go? Or will he ruin their relationship forever?

4. Dawn makes an effort with Billy

Following Kim’s advice, Dawn is determined to work at on her marriage. So, Kim orchestrates a day alone for Dawn and Billy.

Kim is pleased to see Dawn is trying and that the relationship seems to be getting back on track. However, Dawn is secretly still hung up on Joe.

Emmerdale usually airs weeknights on ITV at 7.30pm, with an early release on ITVX at 7am.
