Experience

Carena has been a soap journalist for 20 years covering all things Emmerdale, Coronation Street, EastEnders and Hollyoaks. She has worked on national magazine titles such as All About Soap, Inside Soap, What’s On TV and Reveal as well as their online counterparts. In 2017 she joined Entertainment Daily! as Associate Editor, where she took charge of running and growing the soaps section. She is now Managing Editor of Emmerdale Insider and EastEnders Insider.

Education

Carena graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA Honours in History before undertaking an MA in Publishing with Journalism subsidiary at the University of the Arts.
